Le Bistrot del Mar is a restaurant located in the heart of the port of Mèze, on the Quai Baptiste Guitard. With its warm and inviting dining room and pleasant terrace, it offers an idyllic setting for a sunny lunch overlooking the port, or a romantic dinner in the moonlight. Here, you'll be invited to discover exceptional fish cuisine while enjoying a beautiful view of the harbor. To offer you the very best, the Bistrot team uses only products scrupulously selected for their freshness and quality. What's more, the menu evolves with the seasons and new arrivals, ensuring unrivalled diversity. For starters, you can choose from à la plancha razor clams, homemade rock fish soup or warm rock octopus salad. You can also take advantage of your visit to this restaurant to savor monkfish bourride à la Sétoise or Bouille du Bistrot (an original version of bouillabaisse). Grilled wild fish also deserve special attention. As for lovers of more carnivorous dishes, they can opt for grilled whole duck breast or French Charolais ribeye with potatoes a la plancha.
