Karine and Yvan Caussel, settled in the shellfish farm complex of Mourre Blanc, offer different formulas: a package including the visit of their shellfish farm followed by the meal, the sale at the farm and on line, conferences, seminars as well as a camping-cars space. For individuals, tasting-restauration of raw and gratinated shellfish, at noon from April1st to October 31st. What a treat, with a superb view of the Thau lagoon!

L’aire des camping-cars est une cour sans ombre, le minimum syndical … pas très accueillant …
L’accueil d’Yvan n’a pas été des plus chaleureux, et critiquer ses concurrents jusqu’au bassin d’Arcachon n’apporte rien à son petit business … il aurait été plus commerçant de ne pas facturer l’ouverture des huitres à 2 €/douzaine …
Les deux font la paire : Karine, pas plus agréable, n’avait qu’une obsession : faire tourner la caisse. C’en était même ridicule tellement elle forçait le trait.
Pour résumer, passez votre chemin. En revanche, vous pourrez trouver pour de meilleurs prix, de très bons produits de la mer à Marseillan plage.
