Je suis allée acheter des sacoches pour mon vélo. J'avais également besoin d'un casque et d'un antivol pour ma selle. Je suis restée 1/4 d'heure, pas moyen d'avoir un sourire ou de l'amabilité alors que j'ai quand même laissé 73€. Je n'ai pris qu'un article sur 3 et encore je regrette de ne pas leur avoir laissé....Lorsque j'ai fait remarquer à la vendeuse son manque d'effort, elle a eu le toupet de me dire qu'elle avait plusieurs clients, que je ne suis pas la seule. Je n'ai pas eu cette prétention. Oui des gens sont rentrés et sortis, cependant personne n'a effectué de paiement, mis à part le mien...Je travaille dans un commerce et j'ai très souvent plusieurs clients à la fois, le sourire et la gentillesse sont gratuits sinon faut changer de métier.
J'ai demandé à ce que mon vélo soit gonflé on m'a répondu de me débrouiller....J'ai demandé trois attaches plastiques à l'atelier, le mec m'a également envoyé promener....Ils ne doivent pas avoir besoin de travailler.
Il y a un réparateur de cycles sur la rue Chaptal, pour 20€ il a révisé mon vélo et il est super sympa!!!!
