J’avais rdv ce jour a 4h45 du matin avec le taxi au numero de licence 132 tram 11. Le taxi ne s’est pas leve et m’a oublié...
C’est honnêtement un vrai manque de professionnalisme et je suis extrêmement déçu du service et du fait d’avoir raté mon train a cause de cela....
je pense qu’avant de se battre contre les vtc aupres des hotels vous pourriez commencer par ameliorer votre serieux et votre fiabilité.
