It's a great pleasure to find Pilou, whom we had known in his town in Sète, at the Corniche more precisely. Since May 2017, he has settled in the middle of the Faubourg de la Saunerie, the gourmet products are still there but now prepared in front of you. From the hot oven, he comes out tielles sétoises, turnovers with mussels, pizzas with anchovy or the most famous parmigiana pizza and all elaborated in the purest tradition. You can go to his small terrace to taste his famous specialties. For more "special" occasions, Pilou and his team offer you large sizes and plates on order. And, noteworthy, the communicative cheerfulness of Pilou.
