After the Hygge Café, a second Scandinavian-influenced address has opened its doors in Montpellier: the Shelter. With its very cocooning atmosphere, it offers a moment of sweetness to gourmets who wish to venture into a gastronomic terrain that is out of the ordinary. On the pocket terrace or in the dining room, they have the opportunity to discover Smørrebrød, a Danish specialty made of lightly buttered rye bread covered with various ingredients.
