Melody and Alessio set up their little restaurant down the rue Saint-Guilhem. They offer pizza al taglio (by the slice) as in Rome, as well as salads of the day, lasagna and cupcakes which the couple has the secret. The pizza dough is excellent (with natural leaven and long-term lifting) and the topping is of good quality. In addition, tomatoes and olives come from Italy as most of ingredients used on the spot! The pizzas served with a small bowl of arugula are quickly finished at lunch time. Pancetta, bufala, eggplant, parmigiana al taglio in proportion according to your appetite accompanied by a small bowl of arugula. You can also buy charcuterie, white ham, prosciutto, bresaola, mortadella pancetta, speck, olive oil from Liguria and dried tomatoes from Sicily. Only downside, Alessio refuses to give us the recipe for his dough! Buon Appetito !

En gros, c'est les meilleures de Montpellier, la pâte est juste délicieuse.En plus c'est difficile de trouver des pizzas végétariennes avec du goût, ce qui n'est pas le cas ici !
