Newly arrived in the Antigone neighbourhood, "La Pasta": wonderful pastas! These delicious artisanal pastas are of an extreme quality and comes in many combinations: raviolis with squid ink with salmon and orange zest, a pure treat! The pasta is fine and the sauce is prepared at the time of your order. All the dishes are prepared with 100% Italian products. Lasagnas, gnocchis and beautiful pizzas like the rustica (tomato, mozzarella, eggplants, egg and pancetta)... simply excellent, are following one after another on the Sicilian Arancini menu. The choice is vast from Valtellina bresaola to various cheeses from different Italian regions and small or large boards made with Italian charcuteries and cheeses which treats at the aperitif between friends and as a starter for gourmets like us. Apérol Spritz, of course, to start or a lively small Prosecco from behind the faggots accompanies these beautiful feasts. You suddenly feel like in a Rome square. The desserts are in the same vein. A real panna cotta, rum baba, bünet piemonte (desserts with chocolate and biscuit with almonds), and other tarts with ricotta. A real crush for this pretty address that is run with gusto by Alessandro and which has already become a must for lovers of cucina italiana.
