He serves an astonishing cuisine based on his passion: Tennessee whisky, the famous Jack Daniel's. He invites himself behind the stove and on the plates. As an appetizer, we fell in love with the Jack Daniel's Fire flavoured foie gras, before continuing with the lamb's mouse confit in cider and Jack Daniel's Honey. To end this wonderful meal, we set our sights on tiramisu with Gentleman Jack.
