Restaurant offering authentic cuisine in Montpellier.

Nature, full of character, generous: these are the adjectives that could qualify this establishment and its boss, Patrice. He serves an astonishing cuisine based on his passion: Tennessee whisky, the famous Jack Daniel's. He invites himself behind the stove and on the plates. As an appetizer, we fell in love with the Jack Daniel's Fire flavoured foie gras, before continuing with the lamb's mouse confit in cider and Jack Daniel's Honey. To end this wonderful meal, we set our sights on tiramisu with Gentleman Jack.

A faire sans hésiter
Super soirée entre potes dans ce restaurant original où le patron le serveur et le cuisinier ne font qu'un. Merci à Pat pour sa bonne humeur communicative son humour et les explications pointues autours de sa passion. Cuisine au top, carte des whisky impressionnante. Ambiance très conviviale. Franchement rien à redire. Sa réputation est amplement méritée.

Nous y sommes allés entre amis, nous avons passé un très bon moment. Patrice est un gars extra, plein d'humour, qui gère tout tout seul ! Accueil, service, cuisine, et sourire. Le restaurant était plein, on s'est dit que l'attente entre les plats allait s'éterniser : pas du tout ! Il carbure, et en plus, c'est très savoureux !!! La majorité de la carte est à base ou intègre le whisky, mais c'est très délicat, et puis on a le choix de prendre un plat sans whisky aussi !

I live in Montpellier and I visited Pat Daniel's several times.
It is a very nice restaurant, the owner/chef/waiter is welcoming, warm, full of humour and unbeatable on all sorts of Jack Daniel's, original and very tasty dishes.
A single dish at lunch for a ridiculous price.
À la carte in the evening, a simple menu but where everything is excellent and generous.
