Restaurant offering a cuisine of quality products in Montpellier.
Ma Maison, which will replace the Cellier-Morel restaurant in 2022, has built up a serious reputation in Montpellier in just a few months. Chef Arnaud Pignier, who worked for Robuchon in London, combines creative research with an attachment to the values of regional culinary traditions. For starters, gambas ravioli with foie gras cremeux, followed by fillet of beef Rossini served with potato galette or fillet of sea bream with sweet potato declension. For dessert, there are even more wonderful combinations, such as a lemon tart deconstructed around four citrus fruits. A new feature is the 80m2 wine cellar, where you can discover wines from Languedoc and beyond. Cocktails are served at a number of high tables in the first room.
