"Nothing is missing, nothing is superfluous". It's the motto of this restaurant of Lez market and it's very well respected! La Baraquette is a subtle blend of old and new: she appreciates good products, she remains sober and classical in her decoration (inspired from the quiet corners of a childhood under the sun), but also bears an interest in relationship and provenance of her products. Humour, professionalism and good mood are quickly felt in this warm setting. La Baraquette does not have a menu and the reason is great: working according to products that local suppliers bring to them every day, the menus are never the same twice in a row (and above all, impossible to predict)! Finally, in addition to being very friendly, the La Baraquette team also offers a tea/grocery salon in the fea market area of the Lez market.
