A veritable institution in the heart of the city, 1789 is a culinary revolution. The restaurant seduces gourmets with its three distinct spaces: the sheltered terrace, the main dining room and the basement lounge bar. Gourmets particularly appreciate dining under the house's beautiful vaulted ceilings, so typical of the Écusson district. Above all, they're delighted to discover modern, seasonal cuisine orchestrated by Chef Nicolas. His recipes focus on local ingredients, and are available with or without truffles, the house specialty. Truffles can be served raw, cooked, in mousse, cream, juice or purée, to your great delight.

Tarifs excessifs par rapport à la qualité de la cuisine… pizza à la truffe qui semble sortir tout droit du congélateur … un peu cher a 30€ La pizza!! peut être un accident mais impression d’avoir jeter son argent en l air

Niveau cuisine bon sans être exeptionnel mais un peu cher .par contre serveurs très agréables et cadre super sympa.
La salle est très jolie,c est propre.
Le plus une salle fumeur en sous sol avec cave a Vin et cigare,ambiance musical très sympa.
