Nous avons réservé pour 13:30. Tout allait bien jusqu’à ce que la femme de ménage a allumé l’aspirateur à 15:00 pile. Concernant les mets J’aurais essayé de servir la pièce de bœuf de 900 gr sur autre chose qu’un planche en bois. C’était très vite froid. J’espère que ce laisser-aller n’est pas dû au fait que les Pourcel ont vendu le restaurant à des investisseurs qui ne connaissent pas le métier. Ce serait très dommage pour cette merveilleuse adresse qu’on allait aux yeux fermés.
