Restaurant with character in Montpellier focusing on traditional French cuisine
In addition to its gallery and apartments, the bold Arbre Blanc building houses a characterful restaurant and bar with panoramic views. Behind the scenes, Eric Cellier, Charles and François Fontes play on the contrast between the hyper-modernity of the premises and traditional French seasonal cuisine. The result is fresh: Roast skate wing with chimichurri vinaigrette, Suprême de pintade fermière au Noilly Prat, Macaron vanille framboise... The bar area on the 17th floor offers sensational views of the city and hinterland.
