Established in 2002, this Danish family has succeeded in infusing Mediterranean cuisine with a Nordic and Filipino touch that will leave no one indifferent. Danish classics such as "smørrebrød" and "rødgrød med fløde" are given an unexpected southern twist. To accompany your meal, the chef relies on homemade bread and a 100% local wine list.
