El Fuego is an old pizzeria in Palavas, the locals know its good reputation thanks to word of mouth while tourists are recommended by their hotels and campsites. It must be said that the pizzas in this restaurant are delicious, the dough is delicious, the filling is neat and the small terrace of the establishment has its charm. However, the pizzas on offer are not very surprising, as we find the great classics of Italian cuisine. But it's not that bad, after all you don't become a classic by accident!
