El Fuego is an old pizzeria in Palavas, the locals know its good reputation thanks to word of mouth while tourists are recommended by their hotels and campsites. It must be said that the pizzas in this restaurant are delicious, the dough is delicious, the filling is neat and the small terrace of the establishment has its charm. However, the pizzas on offer are not very surprising, as we find the great classics of Italian cuisine. But it's not that bad, after all you don't become a classic by accident! On the other hand, the friendliness of the welcome depends a little on the number of visitors, so be careful not to be too cold when the sunny days come.

Dans l'assiette, j'ai eu des linguine SANS SEL et trop cuites, 3 lardons pas rôtis, un bain de crème (normalement pas de crème dans les carbonara).
Quand je dis au patron que ce n'est vraiment pas bon surtout sans sel, il me dit que c'est voulu car il n'arrive pas à contenter les clients sur la quantité de sel alors il met des salières pour que les clients gèrent.
Passez votre chemin, et allez n'importe où, ce sera meilleur ou moins mauvais.
