De passage à Montpellier, nous avons passé la journée à Palavas. Généralement nous aimons bien la nourriture réunionnaise donc nous avons voulu tester. A notre arrivée, le restaurant était vide. Nous avons été accueillies par une serveuse au premier abord assez froide et distante. Lors de la commande, j’ai demandé à remplacer le bouchon par un samoussa car je ne mange pas de porc. La serveuse a transmis les consignes en cuisine et là le chef a hurlé sur elle... c’était un moment malaisant, il a gueulé pendant plusieurs minutes. Ne savons pas où nous mettre face à cette situation, j’ai dis à la serveuse que si cela pose problème que ce n’est pas grave, de laisser l’entrée tel que c’est. Et elle m’a répondu agréablement, que ce ne gênait pas et qu’elle avait informé le chef et qu’il allait le faire... nous avons eu beaucoup de peine pour elle.... Le reste du repas s’est bien passé. Le chef est même sorti de la cuisine et a échangé quelques mots agréables avec nous. La nourriture est très copieuse, pas très assaisonnée mais c’est parfait pour une personne qui ne mange pas salée. Dans l’ensemble nous avant passé un bon moment même si le début laissait au désirer.

Bémol, attention aux rougaille tomates fort en piment.

Cuisine toujours excellente et serveuse très sympa dommage que le cuisinier crie continuellement sur la serveuse cela au moins 3 fois que je le remarque sur une dizaine de fréquentation memf si celui-ci est sympa avec les clients et paye volontiers son petit rhum en partant cels le met mal à l'aise pour elle
