The privateer is a stone's throw from the quays of Palavas, with a name like his, it doesn't surprise us. The establishment is oriented towards seafood products, the chef has set himself the mission of celebrating them and passing on his passion. In this establishment, the staff is quite charming and we do not hesitate to start a conversation with the servers present. The address is known for its salads, its fish, but also - and above all - for the quality of its food - for its "all-you-can-eat" formula. The mussels are small and excellent, they go perfectly with each of the sauces offered by the restaurant. Thanks to the unlimited formula, you have enough for your hunger at a price that defies all competition. However, waiting when you book can be important, you should avoid relying on an express meal. The other small defect of the place is its fries, they accompany the mussels but are not very famous.

Les Frites sous forme de fricassée, recuites et archi grasse une honte, et ce malgré le fait d'en avoir demandé trois fois, pour en avoir des plus présentables et comestibles, rien n'y a fait, on a eu la même daube à chaque fois!! Quand aux Moules surcuites et ultra salées on en a pas redemandé, et ce malgré la formule à volonté. On est même parti avant le dessert qui était pourtant compris dans notre menu.
Pseudo restaurant attrape touristes à fuir impérativement !! Une honte !!
