A generous cuisine, with Mediterranean flavors, in a restaurant in Palavas-les-Flots.

The walls are adorned with green colors and wood panelling reminiscent of a boat's hull. In the plates, you can enjoy a cuisine that highlights typical Mediterranean flavors: back of cod with aniseed bouillabaisse sauce, local fishing knives in their natural state, salad of semi-cooked fennel, lemon, dill, shrimps, mussels, octopus, samossas from Pézenas. The desserts are mouth-watering, in particular the vanilla rum baba with mascarpone. The products are fresh, the portions are generous and the cuisine keeps all its promises!

Ce restaurant en bord de plage et juste à côté du Casino de Palavas mérite d'être souligné. Le cadre est contemporain avec du mobilier chocolat et chaque table possède un nom d'auteur. La cuisine est de saison et très inspirée. Une grande table amoureuse des produits de la mer et du terroir.
