This bakery in Palavas is well appreciated by tourists and locals. On the spot the baguettes are crispy and often hot, we admire the variety of bread on the stalls and we salivate in front of the pastries. Les 3 Vents allows you to eat sweet or salty food throughout the day. A small catering offer is in place, including sandwich packages. These can be eaten to take away or on the terrace of the store. On the pastry side, the establishment produces custom-made cakes and cakes to order for various events. We always come out happy.

Je viens de découvrir cette boulangerie : accueil très souriant, explications claires concernant les produits ; la baguette mimi est exactement comme décrite : 'aérée à l'intérieur et croustillante à l'extérieur': elle a déjà été bien entamée sur le chemin du retour; à demain ; vous avez trouvé une nouvelle cliente ; Merci!

Terminé les petits déjeuners peinards en terrasse. Les produits étaient alors certes moyens mais on était au moins au calme à 7 du mat'. Il faut maintenant se farcir le nouveau taulier qui en fait des caisses avec ses potes. Les produits, quant à eux, sont toujours aussi...moyens. Et, semble-t-il, pas du tout artisanaux. La petite dame derrière le comptoir est très aimable. Mais ça ne suffit pas.
Rien ne dure. Les choses changent. C'est comme ça.
