Installed on a beautiful square shaded by a venerable plane tree which is close to a small olive tree, this bar-restaurant with its almond green front is a favorite along the Canal du Midi. The atmosphere is serene, friendly and really comforting. This is a local bistro that serves beautifully presented dishes full of freshness and flavor. An address where you can enjoy a seasonal cuisine inspired by the local culinary tradition, well accompanied by local wines: great aioli, pan bagnat revisited, cod with chorizo...

Of course, it is the price to pay when you order a so elaborate dish consisting of rare commodities and more, is not on the menu!!! To crown it all, the " charmante" chef (note the tone so much is not very ironic I admittedly) explains me that it provided efforts to cook us this omelette.
In two words: AVOID!
