Restaurant offering tasty cuisine in an old greenhouse in Saint-Jean-de-Védas.
It is at the entrance of Saint-Jean-de-Védas, in a former greenhouse, that this restaurant suspends time with a tasty meal. Atypical, the address is very bright and has renewed its decor this year. Uncluttered and modern, it offers a frankly pleasant setting. In the kitchen, the Chef Nicolas works with regional products (meats from the Aveyron-based company Agriviandes, vegetables from the Primeurs du Golfe du Grau-du-Roi, artisanal ice creams from the Frigexqui de Gigean company...) and sends gourmet dishes. On the menu, for instance, you will have the opportunity to taste its wood-fired grills, Italian-style spring rolls, duck wok with satay, octopus risotto à la galicienne, peach and apricot crumble with garden verbena... Yummy!
