Restaurant located in front of the pier and a few steps from the sea in Sète offering traditional local cuisine and bistro.

A native of the region, Fred generously welcomes guests to his restaurant, located opposite the Saint-Louis pier and just a stone's throw from the sea. On the menu, he shows the color: bistro and traditional cuisine that honors the land. His menus are composed of good marine products (oysters from Bouzigues, rouille, squid, stuffed mussels...) and terrestrial products (filet mignon of pork with forestry sauce or duck breast with balsamic-honey sauce). Everything is fresh and home-made. Fred being a bon vivant, the welcome is very pleasant.

Excellente cuisine par un Maître restaurateur
Accueil sympathique dans ce restaurant fort agréable de clarté et au design moderne . Carte grand choix de spécialités setoises mais aussi foie gras fait maison ! Les menus aux meilleurs rapports qualité prix ! Marmite de poissons style bouillabaisse excellente ! Cuisine aux produits de fraîcheur irréprochables et exécuté par un chef passionné qui veut avant tout le plaisir du client ! Nous reviendrons explorer d’autres spécialités avec gourmandise et grand plaisir !

Très bon restaurant, avec des produits frais de la mer. La présentation des plats est très élaborée et les goûts sont parfaits. Le tiramisu du moment à la crème de marrons est un régal !

LE cadre t l'accueil sont un peu froid, mais les formules proposées sont plutot intéressantes : bon rapport qualité prix. On a aimé la soupe de poisson, les moules farcies, les encornés farcis....
