L'Écluse is a true delight for the senses. Here, seasonal cuisine showcases finely prepared quality products. The à la carte menu includes butternut velouté, pancake and samoussas and L'Écluse-style eggs Benedicte for starters, 7h lamb shoulder and monkfish au gratin with aioli for main courses, and coffee, chocolate and speculoos cream or white chocolate fondant baulois for dessert. A real favorite, this restaurant offers refined cuisine in a bucolic setting overlooking the Canal du Midi.

Accueil très charmant, une petite surprise pour tout les amoureux d’animaux à votre arrivée.

Les aliments et les plats sont de choix, une belle carte de vin et le lieu et très agréable.
Petit bémol mais qui ne fera pas baisser ma note pour autant, le rapport quantité prix sur certain plat était assez décevant.

PS : je le recommande pour un repas de société
