FÉDÉRATION DÉPARTEMENTALE DES FOYERS RURAUX

The Fédération Départementale des Foyers Ruraux de Lozère is a youth association based in Mende, within the MSA du Languedoc. It is made up of 63 "foyers ruraux" throughout Lozère, which play an active role in the cultural, educational and sporting life of their region. The Fédération Départementale supports these "foyers ruraux" with training and other initiatives. Every year, the Contes et Rencontres Festival offers a high-quality, local cultural offering, with some forty performances co-hosted with Foyers ruraux throughout the department. The Federation also organizes departmental meetings for young people aged 11 to 17.
