Le Chat Perché offers quality artisanal production, combining know-how from the oven and the garden. Damien kneads his bread by hand, preparing varieties such as farmhouse, wholemeal and meslin, all organically grown. These breads give off an irresistible aroma that attracts Allencois every week. At the same time, Damien grows vegetables and berries in his garden, which are available for direct sale. You can find his produce at the Mende market. A real treat for all connoisseurs.
