Martine Peytavin raises an organic herd of cattle in the unspoilt Margeride region. Her cows produce quality milk, used to make a whole raw milk cheese: Lou Jarlou, soft, fruity, sweet and creamy. These products, the result of meticulous craftsmanship and local know-how, are available for direct sale at the farm. The farmer, driven by her values, also distributes her cheese and milk every Thursday at the AMAPP du Gévaudan and at the Bagnols market.
