Formerly a coaching inn, La Remise is an unmissable stopover, combining cosy rooms with an authentic restaurant. The hotel benefits from regular refurbishments that give this ancient building a modern feel. In the kitchen, the local menu, with its cochonnailles, local cheeses and chestnut moelleux, has the true taste of Lozère. Jeff and Claude promise "good food that's good for you", for the body as well as the mind, through their hospitality and a natural environment that offers many possibilities for escape.

Le repas du soir pour les randonneurs, servi au restaurant, était vraiment très bon. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux avec beaucoup de choix.
C'est le meilleur hébergement que nous avons eu (jusque là) sur le chemin de Stevenson.
Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Le personnel est charmant, ambiance conviviale. Petit bar sympa en bas avec de bonnes bières.
Petit déj riche et varié.
