LE ROC DE L'AIGLE
Restaurant serving a hearty daily meal and homemade charcuterie in Brénoux.
8 km from Mende, in an old farmhouse typical of the Causse, Vincent Chaptal raises chickens, lambs, calves and cattle to supply his table d'hôtes. The meal of the day is always copious: cold starter, hot starter, meat + vegetables, cheese platter and round of desserts. Depending on the day, you can enjoy home-made charcuterie, duck breast salad, forest pie, trout puff pastry, lamb navarin with prunes and almonds, sautéed veal, chestnut cake or pear and chocolate tart. A local cuisine, generous like the owner.
