Château de Ressouches, located in Chanac in the Lot valley in Lozère, offers an idyllic setting with its terraced gardens. Pruned boxwood, roses in bloom from June onwards, and Mediterranean vegetation adapted to the 600 m altitude, with fig trees among the most remarkable. Don't miss Patrice Lesage's 2.5 m-high totem pole, carved from the trunk of a 200-year-old oak tree that recently fell, giving it a new lease of life.
