GUESCLIN MUSEUM
Small museum located on the first floor of the town hall presenting a model of the old citadel with souvenirs for sale.
An abundant documentation on the time of the Constable Du Guesclin as well as the model of the old citadel, are visible in this small museum located on the first floor of the town hall. A staging that allows you to imagine what life was like in Châteauneuf-de-Randon during the Hundred Years' War. The structure, rather well thought out, allows you to learn more about Du Guesclin (who died in Châteauneuf-de-Randon in July 1380), who delivered the city from the occupation of the English. The entrance is free, but some souvenirs are for sale.
