You come to this restaurant with the feeling of having lunch or dinner at home. Because the chef doesn't cook by halves, and goes to great lengths to transform fresh, local produce into delicious, traditional dishes. Served in a light-filled dining room that opens onto the lakes, the dishes have the taste of authentic Lozère: lasagne with seasonal vegetables, veal with crayfish, calf's head, pork with cider, aligot... There's also a lounge area where you can sip your aperitif or coffee in comfort.

Voilà pour l'étoile en moins
Seit 20 Jahren reisen wir mit dem Motorrad durch Deutschland und Europa, ein ähnliches Restaurant haben wir erst einmal erlebt! Aber dieses Restaurant hat nochmals eins draufgesetzt, absolute Spitze, dass Essen, die Bedienung einfach alles!
