THE LAKE AND THE NAUSSAC DAM

The riches of Lozere are inestimables  ! The geographical location of the department allows it to offer snow sports or outdoor activities as well as disciplines nautiques  ! The Naussac lake offers an ideal playground for those who like to evolve on or in eau  ! It stretches over 1 050 ha (the Naussac reservoir is the largest in the department) and its banks, both developed and natural, offer a very pleasant place to fall : été  ! All kinds of sports activities are practised there. On the water slide the Optimists, real little racing cars very pleasant and relatively easy to control, but also windsurfing boards, catamarans, dinghies, pedal boats and for those who prefer to move by the force of their bras  : oars, paddles and kayaks are not to be outdone... There is also a beach for sunbathing and sunbathing; swimming is supervised in summer. Ideal for days in the open air with the youngest! Once out of the water, you can also put on your hiking boots and explore the surrounding area. Note also the possibility of discovering the surrounding landscapes and heritage by electric scooter or on horseback. Several bars and restaurants offer tapas, pizza, grilled meats, a full lunch or a drink while enjoying this exceptional environment.
