Freshness and meticulous presentation characterize this unpretentious restaurant, which offers traditional cuisine that changes with the seasons. Among our favorite dishes are lamb sweetbread puff pastry with wild mushrooms, home-cooked foie gras aumônière, breaded calf's head galettes, stuffed zucchini flowers with fish mousseline, pan-fried beef with morel cream.... Service is cheerful and attentive, and the pretty, warmly-toned dining room lends a convivial atmosphere to this friendly address.
