CHEZ TINTIN
Bar-restaurant offering simple meals around dishes without fuss in an atmosphere guaranteed at low prices.
A village bar-restaurant as one likes to meet them in these Lozere highlands. A simple meal with no fuss, a platter of cold meats, tongue with gribiche sauce, roast pork and cauliflower, a platter of cheeses on a wooden cutting board that is passed from table to table... and a tart for dessert, with a guaranteed atmosphere at a low price. On request and to order, Justin, alias Tintin, can also prepare some typical Lozere dishes, such as aligot. And if you like the address, some rooms are available on the spot.
