Jean-Max, Astrid and Ruben are associated with this small operation of 40 hectares, where goats are hunted, for the dairy of Moissac, manufacturer of pélardons, ducks for foie gras and the many duck products: rillette, we, conflict, cassoulet with conflict or lentilles in the conflict, magret to marrons and finally a collection of terrine, all more tasty than others. Our favourites, the lemon bowl and the figs! We can come on the spot, but there are a few points of sale on the whole Lozere, including Mende at the Farm House.
