Nestled in the heart of the Margeride, in a rolling landscape of forests, pastures and moors, Cueillette en Margeride, created in 2006 in Grandrieu by Elisabeth, thrives on its founder's passion for nature. As the seasons change, Elisabeth shares her know-how by picking and processing a variety of wild mushrooms: mousserons, girolles, cèpes, coulemelles, grisets and pieds de mouton. Sorted, washed and carefully packaged, these forest delights are available dried, pickled or powdered.
