LA CHÈVRE DU GEVAUDAN
Céline and Sébastien raise their goats in the hamlet of Florensac and produce a wide variety of cheese specialties, made from raw milk: crottins, boutons de culotte, grands cabris, natures, cendrés, aux herbes, tomme... each cheese has its own specificities and stages of maturity. Yoghurts and faisselles complete the range that can be found on the market of Langogne on Saturday morning. At the farm, Céline and Sébastien are happy to explain their breeding and transformation methods, with tasting at the end... A treat !
