LES VIGNES ROUGES
In the centre of the village, Les Vignes Rouge is the perfect example of the small family hotel, with its ten comfortable rooms, decorated sober but neat and functional (bath or shower). The table offers good surprises and offers a beautiful list of traditional, family-inspired dishes. Claude, on the stove, has a few seasonal specialities, such as his now famous calf's head, which had the honor of Jean-Pierre Pernaud's show, the pick of guts, the ceps omelet, and all Lozere products (trout, ", beef meat…).
