Florence and Frédéric have taken over this authentic buron with the good humor and seriousness essential to the trade. The place has been tastefully renovated. You'll be served in the traditional Aubrac atmosphere, on a flower-filled terrace in summer. An à la carte menu with a menu of the day: a plate of Aubrac charcuterie with a homemade terrine, a ballotine of chicken stuffed with rice and tomato, or a slate of suggestions for sweetbreads in a cassolette or magret aligot with a spicy homemade sauce. The cherry clafoutis will delight your taste buds. Reservations recommended.
