Florence and Frédéric have taken over this authentic buron with seriousness and good humor, offering a warm and traditional experience. Tastefully renovated recently, the place offers a typical Aubrac atmosphere, with a flower-filled terrace in summer. The regularly changing menu features local specialties: a plate of Aubrac charcuterie with a homemade terrine, ballotine of chicken stuffed with rice and tomato, and magret aligot with a spicy homemade sauce. For dessert, cherry clafoutis will delight your taste buds.

Par ce court message, je tenais à vous remercier pour le repas que nous avons partagés en famille. J'ai pour ma part passé un agréable moment. Les cuisses de grenouilles, quel régal.Tout était parfait, de la mise en bouche onctueuse et légère au dessert fruité fait maison, en passant par le plat principal qui m'a permis de déguster une saucisse tendre et cuite à la perfection. L'ambiance du service était convivial et le décor plaisant.
