Pleasant restaurant, with flower-filled terrace, serving tasty cuisine in an authentic Peyre-en-Aubrac buron.

Florence and Frédéric have taken over this authentic buron with the good humor and seriousness essential to the trade. The place has been tastefully renovated. You'll be served in the traditional Aubrac atmosphere, on a flower-filled terrace in summer. An à la carte menu with a menu of the day: a plate of Aubrac charcuterie with a homemade terrine, a ballotine of chicken stuffed with rice and tomato, or a slate of suggestions for sweetbreads in a cassolette or magret aligot with a spicy homemade sauce. The cherry clafoutis will delight your taste buds. Reservations recommended.

Par ce court message, je tenais à vous remercier pour le repas que nous avons partagés en famille. J'ai pour ma part passé un agréable moment. Les cuisses de grenouilles, quel régal.Tout était parfait, de la mise en bouche onctueuse et légère au dessert fruité fait maison, en passant par le plat principal qui m'a permis de déguster une saucisse tendre et cuite à la perfection. L'ambiance du service était convivial et le décor plaisant.
