Restaurant that brings to life the region's specialties and serves fruit picked in the woods.
The Del Faou restaurant brings local specialties to life: pan-fried foie gras escalope, trout with bacon, sweetbreads with mousserons, ceps (in season), aligot (on request), prime rib and cheeses. For desserts, fruits such as blueberries and raspberries are picked in the nearby woods. The daily special varies according to the owner's wishes and the market: lamb tripe, frogs' legs... A real delight!

Accueil très chaleureux par la patronne chambre simple et confortable cuisine traditionnelle très savoureuse je recommande au plaisir de revenir

Nous n'hésitons pas a faire 40mn de route pour venir manger au restaurant chaque fois que nous venons en Lozère. Service parfait et que dire des repas a la carte ou menu du jour tout est excellent, produit de qualité et quantité très correcte. Je recommande sans hésitation.

J'Ai ete agreabalement surpris , Très bon accueil , chaleureux , sympathique , je recommande de manger au restaurant car la nourriture est qualitative et genereuse , chouette ambiance , equipe , adresse à connaître si vous visitez la région :)

Au sein d'un département magnifique, les chambres très spacieuses et très propres, la demi pension un vrai régal. Et la patronne aux petits soins pour tout le monde, on se croirait presque en famille.
