The Del Faou restaurant brings local specialties to life: pan-fried foie gras escalope, trout with bacon, sweetbreads with mousserons, ceps (in season), aligot (on request), prime rib and cheeses. For desserts, fruits such as blueberries and raspberries are picked in the nearby woods. The daily special varies according to the owner's wishes and the market: lamb tripe, frogs' legs... A real delight!
