BAR RESTAURANT DU ROC
Restaurant offering traditional cuisine combines home-made dishes, with local products and friendly services
This is a traditional restaurant serving homemade dishes made with local produce. Portions are hearty, and service is friendly and smiling. The starters follow one another but are never the same: calf's head with vinaigrette, fricandeau, frogs' legs... Dishes range from sac d'os (a Lozère curiosity) to duck breast and faux filet. Homemade desserts, such as crème brûlée, flan, profiteroles and apricot tart, are reminiscent of childhood. Enough to tantalize the taste buds!
