Hotel with comfortable rooms in Peyre-en-Aubrac.
The uncluttered rooms are bright and comfortable. And you'll be delighted to stop off for a night or more. The restaurant is all about simplicity and freshness, while showcasing local produce with mixed salads, charcuterie platters, marbled lamb sweetbreads, stuffed cabbage and a tasty Parmentier de boeuf aligoté. And don't forget the desserts: a choice of homemade tatin or rice pudding. On the way to Compostelle, this is a pleasant stopover, family-style, with good value for money.

Excellente étape, sympathique et agréable. Chambre très propre, spacieuse, avec TV. Très bon dîner à base de produits frais bien cuisinés par le chef. Personnel disponible pour satisfaire les demandes de la clientèle. Un peu à l'écart du GR 65 (300 ou 400 mètres vers la sortie du village) mais ces qqs mètres de plus sont largement compensés par un accueil attentif.

Meal succulent, friendly and pleasant, a stopover I highly recommend!
Do not go there! Lamentable room, salts, fuel smell and other... Little welcoming staff and more it is expensive.
