Since it was founded in 1924, the Benoît Chapert company has been drawing its fresh milk from the verdant pastures of the Margeride to produce tasty, top-quality cheeses: Aubrac, fresh aligot tome, grandma's tome, and the famous bleu d'Aumont. These homemade products have largely contributed to the reputation of this Lozère cheese dairy, which also offers a selection of local products and a particularly prized butter.

Accueil très désagréable.Personnel très agressif .Pour ne pas gâcher votre séjour dans cette belle région,Je conseille d'éviter ce lieu.En Lozère il existe d'autres endroits pour acquérir du fromage,!

Un circuit court, pour une production valorisée à partir du travail des éleveurs environnants. A ne pas rater: la tomme 3 laits (vache, brebis et chèvre). Des prix très respectueux de notre porte-monnaie en plus!!!

En passant dans la région j'y fais souvent le plein de fromages.

Aumont est décidément un bon village pour ses produits de terroir!

Du coup, nous avons dû jeter 1,5kg de Roquefort Pastourell tant il piquait.
Et la réponse de la Sté est que ... "çà arrive" !
Je déconseille !
