The aquaculture high school offers guided tours of one hour at 1:30 a. m., in season, to discover fario trout, rainbow, crayfish and can accommodate groups between 10 and 18 people. Designed in a sustainable development logic, the establishment minimizes its impact on the environment. On site, a processing workshop makes it possible to manufacture smoked trout filets, paved and darned, that can be found in the local markets in the summer.
