Below the rocky walls of the Tarn gorges, a beautiful seigniorial residence, dating from the 15th and 17th centuries, has been transformed into a romantic hotel. Mullioned windows and towers topped with slate roofs enclose vast rooms: canopies, bouquets of flowers and delicate armchairs for a refined atmosphere, in the spirit of the Renaissance. All day long, the brasserie offers local dishes, meats, regional cheeses... And also artisanal ice creams, in the ice cream bar.

Emplacement idéal (à flanc de montagne et face au Tarn). Cadre magnifique avec cette très belle bâtisse en pierres, terrasse très bien aménagée et personnel sur son 31. Repas excellent, copieux, très bons ingrédients = viande excellente ! Service impeccable et personnel très aimable. A recommander.
Très belle vue depuis la terrasse et la proximité de la route n'est pas dérangeante en tout cas pour le soir.
Et petite balade digestive possible au bord de l'eau, très agréable !
