Valérie and Stéphane have left the PMU with the opening of a restaurant, probably the best place in Florac, to come to the entrance of the esplanade. A modern room with an open terrace. The formula of the day is simple and nourishing, salads meals from the Bouges with the broadest of here, and meat of the false Lozere of Aubrac and lamb rib are a great success. We finish with a pie with the chestnut of the Workshop of Honey and Chestnut.

Restaurant traditionnel avec un twist de moderne, belle terrasse. La carte est courte mais tout est maison! Je recommande les spécialités: seiches et gambas avec aïoli ainsi que le magret de canard. Une tuerie! Les salades sont cependant à améliorer…

Toujours satisfaits à la Salamandre. Un excellent resto à Florac.
